Frequently asked questions

How can I return an item?
  • You can return items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Important: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please use a package of your choice and ensure that you use an insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage.
  • We do not issue a return slip .

Please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation in the package.

Can I exchange an item?
  • A direct exchange is not possible.
  • Please return the item (at your own expense) and reorder the desired variant (e.g. different size or color).
What should I do if the item is damaged or incorrect?
  • Please contact us to find a solution. Please send us an email to info@norbulaedchen.de with a photo of the item.

After checking, we will contact you and agree on the next steps—e.g., replacement delivery or refund.

When will I receive my refund?
  • As soon as we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded:
  • within 5–10 working days
  • to the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank account)
